My passion is helping the world through the use of my communication skills. 



Most often this means distilling complex information about potentially helpful technologies to a mix of general and technical audiences. But, it also includes trying to be honest in the process by asking critical questions about the 3D printing industry. For example, I might investigate such issues as likely business fraud committed by an Australian 3D printer manufacturer or I might speak to disgruntled former employees at a legacy 3D printing firm about poor management.

 

At other times, it was about improving communication within my own company to improve the quality of life of my coworkers and the quality of our work. I speak with my team members regularly about their pay rates, work loads, and overall happiness and relay this information to management. This then ensures good morale and, therefore, good content.
